How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received, excluding weekends. Usually, delivery can take 1 to 5 business days.
All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne or Adelaide using Australia Post. It's important to note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.
Do you ship from Australia?
Yes, all our orders are shipped from our Melbourne and Adelaide warehouses. We will start stocking inventory in Perth, Sydney and Brisbane by the end of 2025 to speed up shipping for all our aussie customers.
How do I return my order?

Do you ship overseas?
Currently we only ship in Australia. Our next destination will be the United Kingdom starting mid 2025.
