Where do you ship from?
We ship all our Australian orders from our warehouses in Melbourne and Adelaide.
Can i change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We will always do our best to change or cancel orders prior to shipping. If you want to change or cancel your order, please email our support team with the details as soon as possible at support@minimify.com.au
How can I track my order?
After placing the order, you will receive a conformation email with all the required tracking details.
All our orders are shipped using Australia Post. You can track your order here.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Master card, Visa and American Express. You can choose to pay via express checkout options including PayPal, ShopPay, GPay and ApplePay.
We also offer afterpay and zippay.

Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. This allows us to store our inventory locally, ensuring faster and free shipping for our customers. However, we are excited to share that we are planning to start selling in the UK by mid-2025. Stay tuned for updates!
The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?
If you like a product that is out of stock on our website, please email us at support@minimify.com.au with the product details and we we will notify you once it is back in stock.
